ARRETE
Decree of 19 December 2001 amending the Decree of 26 February 1970 laying down detailed rules for the application of Decree No. 65-327 of 24 April 1965 on the special status of the civilian teachers of the Special School Of Saint-Cyr and l' Ecole de l' air and Decree No. 69-559 of 5 June 1969 amending and extending it to the civil professors of the Naval School

The Minister of Defence,
In light of Decree No. 65-327 of 24 April 1965 on the special status of the civilian teachers of the Ecole spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr and The School of the Air, and in particular Article 9 on teaching obligations;
In the light of the amended Decree of 26 February 1970 laying down detailed rules for the application of Decree No. 65-327 of 24 April 1965 on the special status of civil teachers Of the Ecole spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr and l' Ecole de l' air and Decree No. 69-559 of 5 June 1969 amending and extending it to the civil professors of the Naval School,
Arrête:

Item 1


The heading "sciences (mathematics, physics, natural sciences)" in the "disciplines" column of the table Inserted in Article 1 of the decree of 26 February 1970 is replaced by the following heading: 'sciences'.

Item 2


The The Director of the Military and Civilian Staff of the Ministry of Defence shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
