The cycle of work applicable to the agents subject to office hours in the headquarters of the Ministry of national education and the Ministry of research is the following: 1. working time, based on one year of actual work of 1 600 hours, is organized according to a cycle of weekly working hours from 38 hours and 15 minutes of actual work.
2. the Meridian break, which is not included in the time of work, cannot be less than 60 minutes;
3. the agents have 32 days of sick leave, annual and assimilated, and 12 days of planning and the reduction of working time;
4. the services are open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
