See the opinion of the national Council of higher education and research of October 15, 2001;
See the opinion of the High Council of education on 25 October 2001, stop: Article 1 articles 1, 2 and 3 of the Decree of September 15, 1993 referred to above relating to the technological baccalaureate exams are modified as follows: i. - Article 1, with regard to the tables in the events of the series 'medico-social sciences (SMS)', 'science and Technology Laboratory (STL)","Science and industrial technologies (STI). , "Science and technologies tertiary (STT)": for the series 'medico-social sciences (SMS)': as a result of the event 11: physical education and sports, add: "physical education and sports supplement (1), factor 2".

For the speciality "applied arts" series "Science and industrial technologies (STI)": as a result of the event 11: physical education and sports, add: "physical education and sports supplement (1), factor 2".

II. Article 2:-with regard to the areas of the test optional "arts" in the last paragraph, add: "dance."

III. - Article 3 is replaced by: 'art. 3 - regional languages that can give rise to compulsory test are defined by the law No. 51-46 January 11, 1951 and taken later decrees to broaden its scope of application to other languages. The regional language test is permitted in the academies where it is possible to add a competent examiner to the jury. Article 3 the provisions established by this order come from the 2002 to the baccalaureate session.


Article 4 the Director of school education is responsible for the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
