In view of the order of 28 June 1994 fixing the amount of royalties due to The National Research and Security Institute for the declaration of new substances;
In the light of the order of 13 November 1997 laying down the amount of the annual flat-rate allowance for employees' advisers who carried out at least four Interventions during the calendar year;
In the opinion of the Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Council dated September 25, 2001,

The amounts expressed in francs contained in Article 1 of the decree of 28 June 1994 are replaced by the Following amounts expressed in euros:

In Article 2 of the same order, the amounts of 10 000 F, 8 000 F and 1 000 F is replaced by the amounts of EUR 1 550, EUR 1 220 and EUR 155 respectively.
In Article 3 of the same order, the amounts of 20 000 F and 2 000 F in paragraph I shall be replaced respectively by the amounts of EUR 3 050 and 305. The amounts of 25 000 F and 2 500 F in paragraph II shall be replaced by the amounts of EUR 3 850 and EUR 385 respectively. The amounts of 5 000 F and 500 F in paragraph III shall be replaced by the amounts of EUR 770 and EUR 77 respectively.
In Article 1 of the Order of November 13, 1997, the amount of 250 F is replaced by the amount of EUR 40.
The provisions of this Order will come into force on January 1, 2002.
This Order will be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
