Each of the two competitions provided for in article 6 of the Decree of 30 December 1992 referred to above includes the following events, which the programme is annexed to this order. These tests are common to the first and second competitions but may focus on different subjects.


I. - Written tests for eligibility 1. Drafting of a briefing note from a folder given to candidates relative to the pharmacy or drug (duration: four hours; 3 coefficient).
2 composition written on one or several issues of scientific or technological nature (duration: three hours; coefficient 2).
II. - 1 admission events. Interview with the jury to appreciate the qualities of reflection, training and, where appropriate, the professional experience of the candidate as well as his motives (duration: 30 minutes; factor 4).
2. exposed on a question of pharmaceutical legislation drawn by the candidate, followed by a question mark (preparation: 15 minutes; duration: 15 minutes; factor 4).
3. an oral test of living language with reading and translation of text to professional as well as a conversation in one of the four following foreign languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian (preparation: 20 minutes; duration: 20 minutes; coefficient 1).
As they file their application, candidates publicize the foreign language they have chosen for the third oral test for admission. Their choice is irreversibly fixed at the time of registration.

The jury, appointed by order of the Minister of health, include:-the general director of health or his representative, president;
-the head of the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs or his representative;
-the Director of the General administration, personnel and the budget or his representative;
-the Director of the French health products safety agency or his representative;
-a regional director of health and Social Affairs;
-a Professor of a pharmacy research and training unit;
-a public or criminal law professor;
-two pharmacists public health inspectors which one serves as regional inspector pharmacist.
Are also assistants for the foreign language test, the jury several examiners. These examiners do not have voting rights.

The contest established in article 6 of the Decree of 30 December 1992 referred to above are authorized by joint order of the Minister of health and the Minister responsible for the public service.
The date of the tests, the list of review centers, and the list of successful candidates to compete shall be adopted by the Minister responsible for health.

Applications must include: (1) an individual application established on a form provided by the administration;
(2) a copy of certificates, titles and degrees, referred to in article L. 514 of the code of public health;
(3) a statement written detailed and professional activities and the titles and scientific work of the candidate along with all supporting documents;
(4) for the candidates in the competition, a copy of the titles or degrees as provided for in article 6 (1) of the Decree of 30 December 1992 referred to above or, Alternatively, the planned request to the same article.
(5) for the candidates in the closed competition, a State of the services performed.

It is rated at each event from 0 to 20. Only may be allowed to attend oral candidates with a score at least 5 in each of the trials for eligibility and, for all these events, a total of at least 50 points. No one can be declared admitted if it got for all of the trials for eligibility and admission a total of 140 points to a minimum after application of the coefficients.
The jury lists for each competition, by order of merit, and within the limit of available positions, the ranked list of final candidates and, where appropriate, supplementary including up as many names as the master list.
If several applicants meet the same number of points, priority is given to the one who has the highest score in the first written test and, on equal points in this event, the candidate who has obtained the highest mark to the second written test.

The Decree of 15 February 1993 amended setting the terms and the program of the competition for the recruitment of pharmacists public health inspectors is repealed.

The Director of the General administration, personnel and budget to the Ministry of employment and solidarity is responsible for the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
