paramedics of the hospital public service, recruited from a state diploma approved at Level III, benefit in their entirety from the IIC (intermediate index ranking), which corresponds to a Specific structure and remuneration. The bodies concerned are as follows: - four bodies of specialised or non-specialist nurses: nurses, anaesthetists, surgical and child care nurses falling under Order 88-1077 of 30 November 1988 as amended, - seven bodies of staff Educationalists, masseurs-physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychomotricians, speech therapists, orthopers and dieticians under Decree 89-609 of 1 September 1989, modified, - three bodies of medical-technical personnel: Pharmacy preparers, laboratory technicians and medical electroradiology handlers under the authority of Order 89-613 of September 1, 1989, as amended. Memorandum of Understanding signed on March 14, 2001, between the Government and five union organizations Representative of the hospital public service, in particular, provides for the restructuring and renovation of the IIC, as well as the upgrading of the index grids of specialized nurses who will be classified as Category A. As a result of the ITC, which passes from three grades between the terminal gross indices 322 to 638 to two grades with the same index space. The first-grade index will be increased from the gross index 558 to the gross index 568. Second grade is restructured into 6 echelons (5 echelons previously) and now reaches a IB equal to 638 instead of 593.The pyramids of the second grade, currently at 15 % will be doubled in three years to gradually reach 20 % by 1 January 2002, 25 % As of 1 January 2003 and 30 % as of 1 January 2004.The third current degree of supervision is now integrated into a new corps of health professionals, which is the subject of a specific statutory decree. In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of the Officials;
In light of the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 88-1077 of 30 November 1988 amending the personal status of staff Hospital public service nurses;
In the opinion of the Hospital Public Service Board of Governors,
