Considering Decree No. 47 - 1997 14 October 1947 changed taken for the application of article 38 of law No. 46-628 of 8 April 1946 on the nationalization of electricity and gas;
Given the Decree of April 9, 1948 modified setting the rates and terms of perception of the annual contribution of the distributors to the loads of electrification, stop sinking fund: Article 1 payments made on revenues in low voltage electric energy distributors, intended to provide the sinking fund expenses of electrification for the year 2001, are calculated by applying such recipes the following rates : 2.2% for the maximum rate (applicable in the urban municipalities within the meaning of article 8 of the Decree of April 9, 1948, modified);
0.44% for the minimum rate (applicable in rural communities within the meaning of article 8 of the Decree of April 9, 1948, amended).


Article 2 the foregoing provisions are applicable in the overseas departments and in the territorial communities of Mayotte and St. Pierre and Miquelon, in the following conditions: maximum rate in the Commons below: Abymes, Basse-Terre, Pointe-à-Pitre and Saint-Claude in the Department of Guadeloupe.
Cayenne in the Department of French Guiana;
Fort-de-France, Schoelcher, and Trinity in the Department of Martinique;
The Port, Saint-Denis and Saint-Pierre in Réunion Department;
Mamoudzou in the territorial community of Mayotte.
Minimum rates in other municipalities.


Article 3 the Director of demand and energy markets and the Director of the budget are responsible, each in concerned, of the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
