Exceptional Promotion Order of 31 December 2001

By order of the President of the Republic dated 31 December 2001, taken on the The report of the Prime Minister and intended for his execution by the Grand Chancellor of the Legion of Honour, having regard to the statements of the Council of the Order that these promotions are made in accordance with the laws, decrees and regulations in force, and In particular Article R. 27 of the Code of the Legion of Honor and the Military Medal, the Council of Ministers heard, are promoted, on an exceptional basis, to take rank from the date of receipt in their rank:
