DECRET
Decree of 31 December 2001 raising the dignity of great ' cross and major officer

By order of the President of the Republic dated 31 December 2001, taken on the Report of the Prime Minister and intended for his execution by the Grand Chancellor of the Legion of Honour, having regard to the statement of the Council of the Order that the present elevations are made in accordance with the laws, decrees and regulations in force, the Council of Ministers heard, are high, to take rank from the date of receipt in their dignity:
