Decree of 31 December 2015 raising the dignity of large 'cross and grand officer

By order of the President of the Republic as of December 31 2015, taken on the report of the Prime Minister and aimed at his execution by the Grand Chancellor of the National Order of the Legion of Honor, having regard to the statement of the Council of the Order that the present elevations are made in accordance with the laws, decrees and regulations in force, the Council of Ministers heard, are raised to take rank from the date of the Reception in their dignity:
