Decree No. 2015-1838 of 30 December 2015 on the mandates of the Technological Education Advisers

Publics concerned: academy rectors, technology education advisers.
Subject: extension of the mandates of technical education advisers.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after publication.
Explanatory Note: the current mandates of the six-year-old Technological Education Advisors end on December 31, 2015. The decree extends these mandates until December 31, 2016 to allow the review of the terms and conditions for the designation of the Technological Education Advisors for the next appointment campaign.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
Considering the education code, including article D. 335-40;
In light of the opinion of the Higher Education Council dated 26 November 2015,
Decrete:

Article 1


The mandate of the Technology Education Advisors in office as of December 31, 2015 is extended until December 31, 2016.

Article 2


The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
