In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to the amended Decree No. 2006-1761 of 23 December 2006 on the common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of technical assistants of the State administrations;
Considering Decree No. 2008-342 of 14 April 2008 concerning the name of the body of the administrative assistants and the name of the body of the technical assistants of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs;
In light of the amended Decree No. 2014-513 of 20 May 2014 establishing a compensation regime that takes into account the functions, hardships, expertise and professional commitment in the public service of the State;
In view of the decree of 28 April 2015 taken for the application to the bodies of technical assistants of the state administrations of the provisions of Decree No. 2014-513 of 20 May 2014 establishing a compensation regime taking into account the functions, hardships, expertise and professional commitment in the public service of the State, including its article 1st;
Based on the advice of the Departmental Technical Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development of 25 November 2015,
Stop:
The corps of the Chancellery Technical Assistants of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is listed in the annex to the above-mentioned Order of 20 May 2014.
The provisions of this Order come into force on 1 January 2016.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
