The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development and the Minister of Finance and Public Accounts,
Considering Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Visa Code, including Articles 10 and 16;
Having regard to the amended Organic Law No. 2001-692 of 1 August 2001 on Financial Laws, including Article 17;
Considering the Decree-Law of 28 August 1937 on the rights of chancery;
In light of amended Decree No. 81-778 of 13 August 1981 setting the tariff for fees to be collected in diplomatic and consular Chancellery and, in French territory, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
Decrete:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the recruitment of additional contractors in visa services and the promotion of tourism, the products resulting from the remuneration of the benefits listed in Article 17 of the schedule to the decree of 13 August 1981 referred to above, within the two ninths of the additional receipt of visa rights in relation to the previous year.
The corresponding appropriations shall be made in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 17 II of the above-mentioned Organic Law.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development, the Minister of Finance and Public Accounts and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
