Vu le Decree No. 2012-1099 of 28 September 2012 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of the technical advisers of social service of the state administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1100 of 28 September 2012 concerning the employment of councillor for the social action of state administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2014-513 of 20 May 2014 amended to create a compensation regime that takes into account the functions, hardships, expertise and professional engagement in the public service of the State;
Considering the decision of 3 June 2015 taken for the application to the bodies of the technical advisers of social service of the state administrations as well as the employment of adviser for the social action of the state administrations of the provisions of the Decree No. 2014-513 of 20 May 2014in particular its article 1;
Considering the advice of the ministerial technical committee placed with the ministers responsible for labour, employment, vocational training and social dialogue, dated 3 November 2015;
Having regard to the advice of the ministerial technical committee placed with Ministers for Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights on 24 November 2015;
In view of the advice of the ministerial technical committee placed with ministers responsible for youth and sports, dated 15 October 2015,

The mention "Social Ministers" is added to the appendix to the above-mentioned Order of June 3, 2015.
The provisions of this Order come into force on 1 January 2016.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue, the Minister of Decentralization and Public Service, the Minister of the City, Youth and Sports and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
