This Order sets out, for the academic year 2016-2017, the amount of tuition fees paid by students for the preparation of a national diploma in one of the public agricultural higher education institutions listed by theArticle D. 812-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code.
The amount of tuition fees for the preparation of a national diploma in agricultural higher education is:

The amount of tuition fees for the preparation of a national university higher education diploma is that set out in the annual order setting the rates of tuition fees for public higher education institutions under the Minister for Higher Education.
The amount of the registration fees paid by the candidates to obtain a national diploma by the validation of the acquired experience is 1,584 euros.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of registration fees paid for a second registration is 818 euros.
Complementary training is part of ongoing vocational training. The rates for these benefits are set by the board of directors of the institution.
The amount of registration fees paid by candidates to obtain a national degree in public institutions of agricultural higher education by the validation of graduate studies completed in France or abroad is 818 euros.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of registration fees that the candidate must pay under his or her supplementary training will be calculated based on the number of European credits to be validated for graduation.
The amount of the tuition fees set out in section 2 is increased to 3,850 euros for foreign students beginning their schooling at the institution after June 30, 2016 and who do not meet any of the following conditions:
- be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation or a State under the priority zone of solidarity;
- be a child, spouse or partner of a national of one of the EU member states;
- be a beneficiary of long-term resident status in a State of the European Union or a person whose father, mother or legal guardian is granted such status;
- holder of a temporary residence card and dependent on a tax home in France for at least two years.
The amount of tuition fees paid by students for the years of training leading to the issuance of the basic veterinary education diploma and for the year of deepening leading to the State degree of veterinary doctor is:

Students pay to the university of which the veterinary school reports, for the purpose of the thesis grant, a right of registration, the amount of which is determined by the annual order setting the fees of public higher education institutions under the Minister for Higher Education.
The amount of tuition fees paid for training leading to the issuance of a certificate of in-depth veterinary studies (AVC) is Euro2,022.
The amount of tuition fees paid for each of the three years of the training leading to the issuance of a veterinary specialized degree (DESV) is Euro1,314.
By derogation from the provisions of the preceding paragraph, students in the preparation of the following VETs shall pay annual tuition fees in the amount of:

Students enrolled in the preparation of VETs (after obtaining the VCA) shall, for the two years of training following the issuance of the VCA, pay annual tuition fees in the amount of Euro1,130.
Students who have been authorized to follow the courses listed in this Order for several years, pursuant to Article 5 of the above-mentioned Decree of 31 July 2014, shall pay due proportionately every year the rights set out in Articles 8 and 9 of this Order.
The amount of tuition fees paid for the preparation of the Intern degree in animal clinic is €2,186.
The amount of registration fees paid by candidates to obtain a certificate of in-depth veterinary studies (AVC) or a degree of specialized veterinary studies (VES) by the validation of the experience's achievements is Euro2,022.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of the registration fees paid for the second registration is 1 004 euros.
The amount of the registration fees paid by the candidates to obtain the ECAV in animal pathology in hot regions by the validation of the acquired experience is 1,078 euros.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of the fees paid for the second registration is 539 euros.
The amount of tuition fees set out in Article 7 is increased to 5,520 euros for foreign students, admitted on the basis of the articles R. 812-51 and R. 812-52 the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code, beginning their schooling in the establishment after June 30, 2016 and which do not meet any of the following conditions:
- be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation or a State under the priority zone of solidarity;
- be a child, spouse or partner of a national of one of the EU member states;
- be a beneficiary of long-term resident status in a State of the European Union or a person whose father, mother or legal guardian does not have such status;
- be a beneficiary of a temporary residence card and dependent on a tax home in France for at least two years.
Students who have paid or held school fees in another French or foreign institution may be fully or partially exempted from the payment of the fees provided for in articles 2, 6, 7 and 13 under reciprocity agreements.
Tuition fees are due, under the current academic year, for each entry to the preparation of a national degree. However, when a student enrolled in the same institution in the preparation of several degrees, he paid a full-rate right for the first registration and a reduced-rate right for each of the following enrolments. If the fees to be paid have different rates, the right paid at full rates is the highest.
Students may be exempted from all or part of the payment of these rights under the conditions specified inarticle R. 719-50 of the Education Code.
The exemption decisions shall be made by the director of the institution, in accordance with the criteria established by the board of directors and within 10% of the students enrolled, not including the persons referred to in section 18 of this order.
The amount of registration fees for the preparation of an institution diploma issued by a public agricultural higher education institution is determined annually by the board of directors of that institution.
When a student performs all or part of his or her training in a higher education institution other than that in which he or she is enrolled, the practical arrangements for administrative care and payment of a portion of the amount of the tuition fees paid by that student are set by a convention between the institutions concerned.
The beneficiaries of a higher education grant granted by the State and the pupils of the Nation are, in full right, exempted from the payment of tuition fees provided for in articles 2, 7 and 11.
