This fixed order, for the academic year 2016-2017, the amount of tuition paid by students for the preparation of a national diploma in one of the tertiary institutions agricultural public enumerated by article D. 812 - 1 of the rural code and maritime fishing.

The amount of the tuition fees for the preparation of a national university higher education diploma is set by annual order fixing the rates of tuition of public higher education institutions under the Minister responsible for higher education.

The amount of the registration fee paid by applicants to a national diploma by the validation of acquired experience amounts to 1 584 euros.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of the registration fee paid for a second entry totalled 818 euros.
Additional training are continuing vocational training. These benefits are set by the Board of Directors of the institution.

The amount of the registration fee paid by applicants to a national diploma in public institutions of higher education agricultural by the validation of studies carried out in France or abroad totalled 818 euros.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of the registration fee that the candidate must pay in respect of the additional training will be calculated according to the number of European credits to validate for the graduation.

Students who have paid the tuition fees or what in lieu thereof to another french or foreign institution may be totally or partially exempt from the payment of the rights provided for in articles 2, 6, 7 and 13 in application of reciprocal agreements.

Tuition fees are due to the title of the academic year in progress, for each entry in the preparation of a national diploma. However, when a student registers in the same establishment for the preparation of many graduates, it pays a fee at the full rate for the first entry and a right at the rate reduced for each of the following entries. If rights before being thus paid have different rates, the right paid at the full rate is highest.
Students may be exempt from all or part of the payment of these fees under the conditions laid down in article R. 719 - 50 of the education code.
Exemption decisions are taken by the Director of the establishment, in accordance with criteria established by the Governing Council and in the limit of 10% of the students registered, excluding the persons mentioned in article 18 of this law.
