The flood risk management plan for the Loire Bretagne basin is available for a minimum of two months at the headquarters of the regional management of the environment, the development and housing of the region Centre-Val de Loire, 5, avenue Buffon, CS 96407, 45064 Orléans Cedex 2, in the prefectures of the departments of the Lower Loire-Bretagne as well as on the website http://www.centre.developpement-durable.gouv.fr.

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic, in a national broadcast newspaper and in one or more regional or local newspapers broadcast in the Loire Bretagne basin.
The prefects of the region and department of the Loire Bretagne basin, the regional director of the environment, the development and housing of the region Centre-Val de Loire, the basin delegate, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree.
