Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication. The creation of the Allier Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry will be effective on the date of the installation of its members elected after the next general renewal of the members of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Notice: This Order deems the deletion of the Chambers of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Montluçon and Moulins and the concomitant creation of the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Allier, in accordance with the amended Master Plan of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Auvergne Region approved by Ministerial Order of September 18, 2014.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs,
Vu le Trade codeincluding articles L. 711-1, R. 711-1 and R. 711-2;
Having regard to the modified master plan of the Auvergne Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry adopted by deliberation on 26 June 2014 and approved by ministerial order dated 18 September 2014;
Considering the deliberation of the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Montluçon dated 24 November 2014;
Considering the deliberation of the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Moulins dated 17 February 2015,
Decrete:
It is created a Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry called the "Allier Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry", attached to the Auvergne Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Its headquarters is located in Moulins and its electoral district consists of the Allier department.
The Allier's Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry shall enter office from the date of installation of its elected members.
The election of the members of the Allier Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry shall take place on the scheduled date for the next general renewal of the members of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The Chambers of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Montluçon and Moulins, as well as their members on the date of publication of this Order, shall remain in office until the date mentioned in the first paragraph of this Article.
From the date mentioned in the first paragraph of Article 2:
1° Services managed by the local business and industry chambers of Montluçon and Moulins are supported by the Allier's Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry;
2° Real property and furniture, contracts, receivables, and the rights and obligations of the commercial and territorial industrial chambers of Montluçon and Moulins are transferred to the Allier Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry.
The terms and conditions of transfer are fixed by order of the guardianship authority.
The decree of 5 May 1898 establishing the Chambers of Commerce of Moulins and Montluçon is repealed from the date mentioned in the first paragraph of Article 2.
The Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs and the Secretary of State for Trade, Crafts, Consumer Affairs and Social and Solidarity Economy are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
