In accordance with the Labour Code and in particular its articles L. 2261-15 and following R. 2231-1 and D. 2261-6, the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesperson for the Government, plans to make an order to make mandatory, for all employers and employees in the fields of application of the collective labour agreements referred to, the provisions of the salary amendments referred to in the table annexed to this notice.
The text of these amendments can be consulted at the regional management of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment.
Within fifteen days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to communicate their comments and opinions on the proposed extension.
