Minister of Labour, Employment, Professional Training And social dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 27 October 1961 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement National of the leather and skins industry of 6 October 1956 and of the texts which have amended or supplemented it;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 25 September 2015;
In view of the agreement of 18 March 2015 on vocational training, concluded As part of the above collective agreement;
Seen the application Extension presented by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the time of the Session of November 3, 2015,
Stop:

Item 1 Article R. 6332-16 The Job Code.
The second sentence of the Fourth paragraph of Article 6.2 shall be extended subject to the application of the provisions of D. 6325-9 of the
indent of Article 7.2 is extended subject to the provisions of Article L. 6315-1 of the Job.
The last sentence of the third Article 7.3 subparagraph shall be extended subject to the powers of the Administrative Council of the Joint recognised collecting body as they result from the Href=" /viewCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&idArticle=LEGIARTI000018498536&dateTexte= &categorieLink = cid"> article R. 6332-16 of the job code.
The first paragraph of Article 8 is extended subject to L. 6323-1 of the Labour Code.
Article 14 is extended subject to the application of the provisions of L. 2221-1 Of the Labour Code as interpreted by the case-law of the Court of Cassation, according to which a collective agreement cannot be concluded or revised without all the representative trade unions having been invited to the negotiations (Cass. Soc. 17 September 2003, No. 01-10706; Cass. Soc. 31 May 2006, No. 04-14.060; Cass. Soc 8 July 2009, No. 08-41507).

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreement shall take effect from the date of Publication of this order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down in that agreement.

Article 3


The Director General of Labour Is responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
