The Basel - Mulhouse airport is described, within the meaning of the above-mentioned amended Regulation (EEC) No 95/93, as a coordinated airport during the period from May 18 to May 19, 2016 during which the final of the European football competition "EUFA Europa League" leads to a sharp increase in its traffic in order to seriously disrupt its operation.
The COHOR association is designated coordinator for the allocation of time slots at Basel Airport - Mulhouse during the coordination period referred to in section 1.
The coordination parameters for the airport referred to in section 1 and their maximum values are notified by the Minister for Civil Aviation to the designated airport coordinator.
For the coordination period referred to in section 1, the co-ordinator shall not be able to respond to requests for time slots considered isolated within the meaning of section 8.7 of amended Regulation (EEC) No. 95/93 referred to only as from a date to be notified by the Minister for Civil Aviation.
The duties of the coordinator specified in the annex attached to the amended decision of 31 May 2000 denoting the coordinator for the allocation of time slots at Paris-Orly airports, Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle, Lyon-Saint-Exupéry and Nice-Côte d'Azur are applicable mutatis mutandis to the coordinator of the airport of Basel - Mulhouse during the coordination period mentioned in section 1.
The Director General of Civil Aviation is responsible for the execution of this Order, which is published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
