Mandate:
- Article L. 759-1 of the Education Code ;
- Decree No. 2007-1678 of 27 November 2007 amended on the national professional higher diplomas issued by the higher education institutions authorized by the Minister responsible for culture in the fields of music, dance, theatre and circus arts and the process of enabling these institutions;
- Decree No. 2013-835 of 17 September 2013 relating to the National Commission for Enabling and Enabling Higher Education Institutions to issue diplomas in the fields of music, dance, theatre and circus arts;
- Decree No. 2015-1227 of 2 October 2015 relating to the State degree of theatre teacher;
- Decree of 31 October 2013 on the instruction of requests for the empowerment of higher education institutions in the fields of music, dance, theatre and circus arts;
- Decree of 23 October 2015 on the state diploma of theatre professor and setting the conditions for the empowerment of higher education institutions to grant this degree.
A campaign for the empowerment of higher education institutions, in the field of theatre, to issue the state degree of theatre teacher is set up under the title of the academic year 2015.
The enabling conditions and the composition of the authorisation application file are defined by Articles 5 and 6 of the above-mentioned Decree of 27 November 2007 and by Chapter IV of the above-mentioned Order of 23 October 2015.
The completed and signed authorisation application file, together with additional documents, must be sent before January 5, 2016, deadline for rigour, to the following address: Ministry of Culture and Communication, general direction of artistic creation, sub-direction of employment, higher education and research, office of higher education and vocational training, 62 Beaubourg Street, 75003 Paris.
