The Minister of Labour, Employment, Professional Training and Social Dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 28 March 1956 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement The national mechanical work of wood and sawmills, the timber trade and imports of November 28, 1955 and the texts which have completed or amended;
In view of the agreement of 16 April 2015 on minimum wages in the industry Brosserie;
Given organizations' request for extension Signatories;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 27 August 2015;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements) Collected according to the procedure described inArticle R. 2261-5 of the Labour Code,
Stop:

Item 1 Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the conditions

Article 3


The Director General of Labour shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
