Decision n ° 2015-1087 of 15 September 2015 authorizing the company PRO MEDICAL SERVICES to provide postal services relating to mail-outs

By Decision No. 2015-1087 dated 15 September 2015, issued by the Communications Regulatory Authority Electronic and postal services, PRO MEDICAL SERVICES is authorized to offer postal services relating to mail-outs including distribution under the conditions set out in Annex (1) and in accordance with Legal and regulatory provisions. The authorisation shall be issued for a period of fifteen years from the date of signature of this Decision and shall be renewable. This authorization is related to the person of the holder and cannot be assigned to a third party. Amendments which may significantly affect the activity of the holder of this authorisation shall be communicated to the Electronic Communications and Postal Regulatory Authority to verify their compatibility with the Conditions of authorization.
