Is authorized to approve the agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and its Kyoto Protocol concerning the twenty-first session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the eleventh session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol and the sessions of the subsidiary bodies (set of twelve annexes), signed in Paris on 20 April 2015 and Bonn
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
