Order of 26 August 2015 pursuant to Article 50 of the Social Security Financing Act for 2015

Minister of Finance and Public Accounts and Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights,
Vu le Social Security Codein particular Article L. 221-1;
Vu le Public Health Codein particular Article L. 1114-5;
Considering the Social Security Funding Act for 2015, in particular Article 50;
Considering the opinion of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 25 August 2015,
Stop:

Article 1

The amount of funding allocated by the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees under section 50 of the Social Security Financing Act for 2015 is set at 400,000 euros for the School of High Education in Public Health.

Article 2

A financial agreement on the payment of funds by the Caisse nationale de l'assurance maladie des travailleurs wages is signed between the Ecole des hautes études en santé publique and the Caisse nationale de l'assurance maladie des travailleurs wages.

Article 3

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
