On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesman for the Government,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 concerning the joint organization of agricultural markets;
Vu le Rural Code and Maritime Fishingincluding title IV of book VI;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-1444 of 3 November 2011 modified relative to the controlled label of origin “ Entre-deux-Mers”;
Considering the proposal of the national committee of the labels of origin relating to the wines and alcoholic beverages, and the water-of-life of the National Institute of Origin and Quality dated 9 June 2015,
Decrete:
At 2° of point IV of chapter 1st of the notebook of the controlled label of origin « Entre-deux-Mers » approved by the decree of 3 November 2011 referred to abovethe words: "and 28 May 2004. are replaced by the words: "May 28, 2004 and June 9, 2015. »
