The list provided for in Article L. 6147-7 referred to the nine military training hospitals, the designation of which is shown in the attached tables.

These hospitals provide, subject to the satisfaction of the priority mission of health support of the armed forces, short-term care or serious illnesses during their acute phase in medicine, surgery, obstetrics, odontology or psychiatry, as well as ongoing follow-up or rehabilitation care in the context of medical treatment or supervision and for reintegration.

These hospitals carry out research and teaching activities for the benefit of military personnel, health care personnel and any other person in charge of one or more of the public service missions defined in section L. 6112-1 above; for this they have a complete educational organization. As such, pursuant to the above-mentioned article R. 6147-113 they are considered to be hospital centres referred to in the above-mentioned article L. 6141-2.

For the purpose of the tasks set out in section 2, these hospitals have facilities in which they implement the care activities cited in the attached tables and have the heavy equipment listed in the same tables.

Pursuant to the above-mentioned article R. 174-34, missions of general interest carried out by the military health service are specified, for each of these hospitals, in the attached tables, without prejudice to the clauses in the multi-year protocol of objectives and means.

The Minister of Defence's decisions on care activities or the number of heavy equipment and the replacement of these devices are brought promptly to the attention of the Minister of Health and the Director General of the relevant regional health agency.

For the purposes of Article L. 6147-8 referred to above, in the establishment of the care organization scheme referred to in Article L. 1434-7, the director of the regional health agency shall, at his request, receive data relating to care structures, care activities, heavy equipment and data relating to the evolution of the multi-year objectives of providing care
These multi-year care delivery targets can be modified based on defence requirements. In this case, except in exceptional circumstances or in emergency cases, the Minister of Defence shall notify the Minister of Health and the Director General of the regional health agency concerned with the nature and, possibly, of the duration of the changes in the care offer.

The assessment of the adequacy of the existing care offer and its evolution, in relation to the health needs of the population referred to in the above-mentioned article L. 1434-7, takes into account the location of these hospitals as well as the care activities, heavy equipment and multi-year objectives referred to in Article 7.

The above-mentioned decision of 2 April 2013 setting out the list under section L. 6147-7 of the Public Health Code is repealed.

The Central Director of the Armed Health Service, the Director General of the Care Offer, and the general guidelines and directors general of the regional health agencies are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
