In light of Decision No. 2005-477 dated July 19, 2005, as amended authorizing the SAS BFM TV to use a radio resource for the operation of a national television service broadcast over-the-air Terrestrial BFM TV;
In view of Decision No. 2008-486 of 24 June 2008 Amended to allow SAS D17 to use a radio-electric resource for the operation of a national terrestrial television service known as D17;
In view of Decision No. 2011-122 of 1 March 2011 Authorizing the Department of Alpes-Maritimes to use a radio resource for the broadcasting of terrestrial terrestrial television service publishers in digital mode on the La Brigue area;
In view of Decision No. 2011-645 of 19 July 2011 authorizing the community of communes of the Haut Verdon-Val D' Allos (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) to use a radio resource for the broadcasting of terrestrial terrestrial television service publishers in digital mode on the Thorame-Basse area;
In light of Decision No. 2012-505 Amended July 10, 2012, authorizing the Department of Alpes-Maritimes to use a radio resource for the broadcasting of terrestrial terrestrial television service publishers in digital mode on the Beuil area ;
In view of the deliberation of the modified Council of 25 July 2006 Above the audiovisual media relating to the setting of rules for the sharing of radio resources for the multiplex terrestrial digital terrestrial television,
Considering that the frequencies for the sites of Thorame Basse, La Brigue and Beuil 1 identified in Decision No. 2015-60 dated 11 February 2015 has been the subject of authorisations n ° 2011-645 of 19 July 2011 to the community of communes of the Haut Verdon-Val d' Allos (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), n ° 2011-122 of 1 March 2011 to the Department of Alpes-Maritimes and No. 2012-505 of July 10, 2012 in the Department of Alpes-Maritimes by the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel pursuant to article 30 (3) of the Act of 30 September 1986; therefore, it is appropriate to remove these frequencies from the annex to Decision No. 2015-60 of 11 February 2015

The frequencies listed in the Annex to this Decision are removed from Annex I to Decision No. 2015-60 of 11 February 2015.
This Decision will be notified to SAS New Digital Televisions and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
