Key Benefits:
Public officials concerned: civil servants belonging to the inter-ministerial body of civil administrators and civil servants appointed on a job as head of service or deputy head of state administrations.
Subject: modification of indiciary staggerings applicable to the civil administrators' bodies and to the positions of chief of service and deputy head of state administrations.
Entry into force: Article 1 of the Order comes into force on the day after its publication and Articles 2 and 3 come into force on January 1, 2016.
Notice: the decree translates the statutory reforms provided for by the Decree No. 2015-983 of 31 July 2015 amending Decree No. 99-945 of 16 November 1999 amended bearing the particular status of the civil administrators, on the one hand, and, on the other, Decree No. 2015-984 of 31 July 2015 carrying out various measures relating to certain employments of the higher supervision of the State and to the support of officials occupying higher jobs concerned by the new organization of the regional decent services.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 amended by placing hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of State staff under the general pension system;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-836 of 22 August 2008 Amending the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and jobs common to the administrations of the State and its public institutions or related to several bodies of officials of the State and its public institutions;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-32 of 9 January 2012 relating to the jobs of Head of Service and Deputy Director of State Administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2015-983 of 31 July 2015 amending Decree No. 99-945 of 16 November 1999 amended to include the special status of the civil administrators;
Vu le Decree No. 2015-984 of 31 July 2015 carrying out various measures relating to certain employments of the higher supervision of the State and to the support of officials occupying higher jobs concerned by the new organization of the regional decent services;

Article 1 comes into force on the day after the publication of this Order and Articles 2 and 3 come into force on January 1, 2016.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development, the Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
