Vu le Decree No. 87-722 of 25 August 1987 issuing the Convention on International Carriage by Rail (a combination of a protocol and two appendices), signed in Bern on 9 May 1980 and a protocol concerning the implementation of the Convention, made in Bern on 17 February 1984;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-1186 of 27 September 2006 of 9 May 1980, adopted at Vilnius on 3 June 1999,
Decrete:
The French letter dated 6 November 2014 notifying the lifting of the reservation to Appendix G of the convention on international rail transport in the content of the Vilnius protocol of 3 June 1999 will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

By letter dated 26 June 2006, my ministry had notified you that the Government of the French Republic had decided not to apply, for a transitional period, Appendix G (ATMF - Technical Admission of Ferroviary Material used in international traffic) of COTIF.
I have the honour to inform you that France raises its reservations on Appendix G to the convention on the date of entry into force of this revised Appendix G, which is July 1, 2015.
I would be grateful if you could inform me of the date on which this letter has been received.
