In view of the Order of November 15, 1956 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement Of the pharmaceutical industry of 6 April 1956 and of the texts which have supplemented or amended it;
Having regard to the order of 31 March 1947 approving the national collective agreement for the retirement and foresight of the executives of 14 March 1947 and the Successive orders extending and expanding texts Who has completed or amended it;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 11 January 2014;
Having regard to the amendment of 25 September 2013 to the collective agreement of 22 June 2007 on the employee provident scheme, concluded under the agreement National collective referred to above;
Given the request for extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee Conventions and agreements), delivered at the sitting of 18 September 2014,
The extension of the effects and sanctions the endorsement referred to above shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the conditions provided for in that endorsement.
The Director General of Labour shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
