The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
Vu le education codeincluding articles L. 122-1-1 and D. 122-1;
In light of the opinion of the Higher Education Council dated 3 June 2015,
Decrete:
After subsection 2 of chapter II, section 6, title I, of Book III of the regulatory part of the education code, a sub-section 3 is added as follows:
"Subsection 3
"The school certificate "knowledge"
"Art. D. 312-47-2.-A school certificate “knowledge-householding” is issued to students who have successfully undergone control of aquatic safety skills.
"An order from the Minister for Education sets out the terms and conditions of this control. »
The provisions of this decree apply to Wallis-et-Futuna, French Polynesia and New Caledonia with the exception, for this latter territory, of the classes of primary education.
The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
