Having regard to the decision of 22 January 2007 on the authorization to operate regular air services between France and countries outside the European Union by community air carriers established in France;
Having regard to the June 3, 2008 order relating to the authorization to operate air services by non-community air carriers and to the authorization to operate non-regular air services by community air carriers;
Having regard to the decision of 16 December 2005 granting air carrier licences to the Atlantic Air Assistance Company;
In view of the decision of 16 December 2005 on the operation of air transportation services by Atlantic Air Assistance;
Given the application by Atlantic Air Assistance,
Stop it!
The provisions of this Order remain valid as long as the licence to operate an air carrier that has been issued to Atlantic Air Assistance is valid.
Atlantic Air Assistance is authorized to operate, in the geographic area authorized by its Air Carrier Certificate, non-regular air services of passengers, mail and cargo, provided that they do not constitute systematic flight series that adversely affect regular services.

Châlons-en-Champagne-Alger (Algeria);

Saint-Etienne-Sétif (Algeria);
Toulon-Oran (Algeria);
Carcassonne-Oran (Algeria);
Châlons-en-Champagne-Oujda (Morocco) ;
Châlons-en-Champagne-Casablanca (Morocco).
Authorization to operate the regular services referred to in Article 3 of this Order may be withdrawn if the company does not commence operations within six months of the date of this Order, renewable once on the company's substantiated request.
Each of the authorizations granted by this Order may be suspended or withdrawn under the conditions prescribed by the Order Transport code and Civil Aviation Code.
The Order dated 16 December 2005 relating to the operation of air transportation services by Atlantic Air Assistance is repealed.
The Director General of Civil Aviation is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
