The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article

The approval of the Agreement shall be authorized in the form of an exchange of notes verbales between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Principality of Andorra concerning the establishment of a nationally controlled office in Porta (a consolidated annex), signed in Paris on 13 January and 10 March 2011, and the text of which is annexed to this Act (2).

This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
