In view of the amended decision of 17 September 1987 setting out the procedure for the recruitment of professors from universities-hospital practitioners, lecturers from universities-hospital practitioners, professors from universities-hospital practitioners in pharmaceutical disciplines and lecturers from universities-hospital practitioners in pharmaceutical disciplines;
In view of the March 20, 2015 decision on the vacancy announcement of a professor at universities-practor hospital in the pharmaceutical disciplines offered for the transfer and recruitment of the year 2014 and setting out the terms of application;
In view of the decision of 24 June 2015 setting the admission lists for the 2015 competitions for the recruitment of professors from universities-patients in pharmaceutical disciplines,
Stop:
Persons registered on the admission lists to the examinations of professors from universities-hospital practitioners of pharmaceutical disciplines may, within fifteen days of the publication of this Order in the Official Journal (the stamp of the position being advertised), apply to the jobs designated in Schedule I, offered for recruitment for the year 2015.
Nominations are composed of the following documents:
1° A letter of application prepared in accordance with the model annexed to annex II;
2° A dactylographed curriculum vitae;
3° A copy of the written statement of titles and works, submitted to the jury mentioned in theArticle 66 of Decree No. 84-135 of 24 February 1984 modified;
4° A certificate on the honour of the candidate mentioning the names and names of his father and mother to inform the application for judicial record No. 2;
5° Where appropriate, a reported state and military services;
6° If it belongs to the body of hospital practitioners, photocopy of the last progress order in this capacity;
7° If it belongs to the body of university professors or lecturers, photocopy of the last advance decree in this capacity;
8° In the event of multiple applications, the list of postulated jobs classified in order of preference.
Candidates belonging to the body of university professors or lecturers are exempted from the provision of the reported state and military services.
Applications must be sent, on the one hand, to the Director of the pharmacy training and research unit whose job is applied and, on the other, to the Director General of the university hospital centre concerned.
The candidates shall address a double of the exhibits mentioned in 1°, 2° and 8° of Article 2 above within the period prescribed in Article 1 above:
- at the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research (General Directorate of Human Resources, Service of Teachers of Higher Education and Research, Sub-direction of the Recruitment and Management of Teachers-Researchers, Department of Teachers-Researchers of Health disciplines [DGRH A2-3], 72, rue Regnault, 75243 Paris Cedex 13);
- at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights (general direction of care, sub-direction of human resources of the health system, hospital human resources office [RH 4], 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP).
The candidates shall also, within the same period, submit an administrative file to the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research at the address given in section 4 above, including the following:
1° A medical certificate, issued by a registered general practitioner, stating that the person concerned is not affected by any illness or infirmity incompatible with the performance of the postulated duties;
2° A statement on the honour by which the individual attests:
- no employment in a civil or military service, community or public or semi-public organization; or,
- if he performs such functions, undertake to resign from the date on which he would be required to take his new hospital-university functions;
3° A commitment on the honour of residing in the agglomeration, the seat of the hospital and university center where he makes an application.
Candidates belonging to the body of university professors or lecturers are exempted from the supply of the documents described above with the exception of residency engagement.
Upon the expiry of the time limit set out in Article 1 of this Order, the procedure provided for in Articles 11, 12 and 13 of the aforementioned order relating to the recruitment procedure shall be applied.
The advice of the board of the pharmacy training and research unit and the advice of the medical establishment board shall be sent to the two departments concerned within fifteen days of the closing date of the application.
The Director General of Human Resources and the Director General of the Care Offer are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published and its annexes to the Official Journal of the French Republic.
