Notice: The text allows access to the body of veterinary public health inspectors to contractual agents under the Minister for Agriculture or the Minister for Social Affairs or a public institution by reporting. In addition, the conditions for the registration of technical assistants for training and research are aligned with those of technical assistants. The decree also removes, in annex II to the decree of 30 January 2013, the mention of administrative employees and, in annex III to the same decree, the mention of administrative assistants of the National Forestry Board following the integration of these bodies into the interdepartmental body of the State administrative officers.

On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesman for the Government,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu la Act No. 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 amended on access to full employment and the improvement of the conditions of employment of contractual agents in the public service, the fight against discrimination and various provisions relating to the public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2013-106 of 30 January 2013 amended on the opening of reserved recruitments for access to certain bodies of government officials under the Minister of Agriculture and the National Forestry Board;
Considering the advice of the ministerial technical committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry of 27 June 2013;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
The 1st of Article 1 of the aforementioned Decree of 30 January 2013 is replaced by the following provisions:
« 1° The Minister responsible for agriculture or the Minister responsible for social affairs or a public institution by reporting to the body of veterinary public health inspectors; "
In article 4 of the same decree, after the words: "of first class", are inserted the words: "and that of technical assistant of training and research of first class".
The provisions of the third column of the last section of Schedule I to the same Order are replaced by the following provisions:
"Agents under the authority of the Minister for Agriculture or the Minister for Social Affairs or a public institution, for the body of veterinary public health inspectors."
Schedule II to the same Order is amended as follows:
1° The penultimate section: "Attachés d'administration du ministère de l'agriculture et de la Pêche" is deleted;
2° In the last section: "Ingénieurs de l'agriculture et de l'environnement", the words: " and Agents under the Ministry of Sustainable Development and relevant public institutions" are deleted.
In Appendix III of the same decree, the heading "Attachés d'administration de l'Office national des forêts" of the same decree is deleted.
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesperson for the Government, and the Minister of Decentralization and Public Service are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
