Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement of companies The meat industry and wholesaling of meat of 20 February 1969, updated by agreement of 9 November 1988, the provisions of:
-the agreement of 10 February 2015 on vocational training, concluded in the framework of the aforementioned collective agreement.
The second subparagraph of Article 1 is extended subject to compliance with section L. 6523-1 of the Labour Code.
Section 3.1 is extended subject to compliance with provisions of Article L. 6314-1 of the Labour Code.
The second paragraph of Article 4.2 is extended subject to compliance The provisions of the articles L. 6325-1 and L. 6314-1 of the Labour Code.
The first paragraph of Article 4.3 is extended subject to the provisions of the Articles L. 6324-1 and L. 6314 of the Labour Code.
-Amendment No. 3 of February 10, 2015, relating to the operation and financing of paritarism, to the aforementioned collective agreement.
The terms " Signatory to the national collective agreement for the industry and wholesaling of meat " Referred to in Article 3 shall be excluded from the extension as they are contrary to the provisions of the national interprofessional agreement on extended employment security of 10 February 1969.
The first paragraph of Article 8 is extended to Exclusion of terms " Signatories " As they are contrary to the principle of equal constitutional value as interpreted by the case-law of the Court of Cassation (Cass. Soc. 29 May 2001, Cegelec).
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the amendment and of the aforementioned agreement shall take effect from the date of Publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the terms and conditions of such endorsements and agreements.
The Director General work shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
