Notice: The Law of 13 October 2014 on the Future for Agriculture, Food and Forestry gives investigative powers to the members of the General Council of Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas for the conduct of the audit, inspection or control missions they are responsible for, the decree amends, accordingly, the decree of 10 February 2010. It also amends the powers and rules of operation of the board.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesman for the Government,
Vu la Act No. 2014-1170 of 13 October 2014 the future for agriculture, food and the forest, including its article 91;
Vu le Decree No. 87-389 of 15 June 1987 modified for the organization of central administration services;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-636 of 30 June 2008 Amending the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Agri-Food and Forestry;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-141 of 10 February 2010 relating to the General Council of Food, Agriculture and Rural Spaces;
Considering the advice of the special technical committee placed with the Vice-President of the General Council for Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas dated 7 April 2015,
Decrete:
The above-mentioned decree of 10 February 2010 is amended:
1° Section 1 is amended as follows:
(a) In the sixth preambular paragraph, the words ", in support" are deleted;
(b) In the seventh preambular paragraph, the words: "if any joint with the services of other departments, inspection, control, foresight or reflection" are replaced by the words: "of the same nature as those listed in a to d, if applicable in conjunction with services from other departments";
(c) The penultimate paragraph is repealed;
2° The sixth paragraph of Article 2 is deleted;
3° Section 3 is amended as follows:
In the third paragraph, the words "approved by the Minister after being" are deleted;
4° The last paragraph of section 4 is replaced by the following provisions:
"With the support of the office, the vice-president prepares the annual program of activity";
5° It is inserted, after Article 4, an article 4-1 as follows:
"Art. 4-1. - An orientation committee, chaired by the Minister or his Executive Director, brings together, at least once a year, the Secretary General and the Chief Administrative Officers of the Ministry for Agriculture, Food, Agri-Food and Forestry and the members of the office. It may involve other ministerial departments for which the General Council carries out missions. He stops the annual program of activity. » ;
6° Section 6 is amended as follows:
(a) The first three sentences are replaced by the following:
"The members responsible for audit, control and inspection missions shall carry out their duties under the conditions set out inArticle 91 of Act No. 2014-1170 of 13 October 2014 the future for agriculture, food and forest. » ;
(b) In the second paragraph, the words "recognized internationals" are replaced by the words "recognized by the State";
7° Section 8 is repealed.
The Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesperson for the Government, is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
