Vu le Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 amended to include the status of teachers and hospital staff in the centres for the care, education and dental research of hospital and university centres, including its title I, Chapter III;
In view of the amended decision of 14 May 1990, setting out the procedure for recruiting lecturers from universities-patients in dental care, education and research centres and professors from universities-patients in dental care, education and research centres, including articles 9-12;
Having regard to the decision of January 19, 2015 on the vacancy announcement of a professor at universities-patient hospital of dental care, education and research centres offered for the transfer and recruitment of the year 2015 and setting out the terms and conditions of application;
In view of the Order of May 4, 2015 setting out the admission lists for the 2015 competitions for the recruitment of university professors-patients from dental care, education and research centres,
Stop:
Persons registered on the admission lists to the university-practice hospital examinations of dental care, education and research centres may, within fifteen days of the publication of this Order in the Official Journal (the stamp of the position in question), apply to the jobs designated in Schedule I, offered for recruitment under the year 2015.
Nominations are composed of the following documents:
1° A letter of application prepared in accordance with the model annexed to annex II;
2° A bibliography on three recto pages;
3° A copy of the written statement of titles and works, submitted to the jury mentioned in theArticle 12 of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 modified;
4° In the case of multiple applications, the list of postulated jobs classified in order of preference,
and for candidates admitted under the Type 2 examination:
5° A certificate on the honour of the candidate mentioning the names and names of his father and mother, intended to inform the application for judicial record No. 2;
6° If applicable, a reported state and military services.
Applications must be sent, on the one hand, to the Director of the training and odontology research unit whose job is applied and, on the other, to the Director General of the university hospital centre concerned.
A duplicate of the application file, with the exception of the written statement of titles and works referred to in the 3rd of Article 2 above, must be submitted within the time limit prescribed in Article 1 above:
- at the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, General Directorate of Human Resources, Service of Teachers of Higher Education and Research, Sub-direction of the Recruitment and Management of Teachers-Researchers, Department of Teachers-Researchers of Health disciplines (DGRH A2-3), 72, rue Regnault, 75243 Paris Cedex 13;
- at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, General Directorate of Care Supply, Human Resources Assistant to the Health System, Office of Hospital Human Resources (RH 4), 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP.
Candidates admitted under the Type 2 competition shall also, within the same time period, address an administrative file to the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research at the address specified in Article 4 above, including the following:
1° A medical certificate, issued by a registered general practitioner, stating that the person concerned is not affected by any disease or infirmity incompatible with the performance of the postulated duties;
2° A statement on the honour by which the individual attests:
- no employment in a civil or military service, community or public or semi-public organization; or
- if he performs such functions, undertake to ask to be placed in the required statutory position from the date on which he will take his new hospital-university functions;
3° A commitment on the honour of residing in the agglomeration, the seat of the hospital and university center where the person concerned makes an application.
Upon the expiry of the period set out in Article 1 of this Order, the procedure provided for in Articles 10, 11 and 12 of the above-mentioned Order relating to the recruitment procedure shall be applied.
The advice of the board of the odontology training and research unit and the establishment medical board shall be sent to the two departments concerned within fifteen days of the closing date of the application.
The nomination of candidates may only be made after the production of an administrative document justifying the absence of a private liberal activity or its termination.
This document must be sent within the maximum period of three months following the date of notification by the guardianship authorities of the proposal for appointment to the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research (General Directorate of Human Resources, Service of Teachers of Higher Education and Research, Sub-direction of Recruitment and Management of Teachers-Researchers, Department of Teachers-Researchers of Health Discipline [DGRH A
The Director General of Human Resources and the Director General of the Care Offer are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published and its annexes to the Official Journal of the French Republic.
