By order of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights of April 30, 2015, is authorized under the year 2016 to open a professional examination for the advancement of the rank of principal State administrative attaché.
The number of positions offered will be determined later.
The registration opening date is Monday, May 11, 2015.
The registration deadline is Thursday, 11 June 2015.
The deadline for the transmission of professional experience recognition records is Friday, October 30, 2015.
The oral professional selection event will take place in Paris from Monday, December 7, 2015.
Requests for admission to participate are made via telematics on the website of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights at the following address: https://inscription.sante.gouv.fr/inscription/inscription.do.
The attention of the candidates is particularly called on the need not to wait the last days to register.
In the event that it is impossible to register via telematics, candidates may register by mail. The registration form can be obtained by download on the website of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights at the address http://www.sante.gouv.fr/modalites-d-inscription.html.
The registration form must be forwarded to the address below, no later than Thursday, June 11, 2015 at midnight, the stamp of the position being authentic: social ministries, human resources management, recruitment office, "professional review APADE", 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP.
Any incomplete or post-outtime registration form may not be considered.
Candidates will have to send their record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience on October 30, 2015 at midnight, time of rigor, the stamp of the position being authentic.
The files, prepared in five recto/verso and stapled copies, must be sent by mail in folded or recommended with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address: social ministries, recruitment office (SD1C), " professional examination APADE", 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP.
Records for recognition of professional experience must be prepared in accordance with the downloadable model on the website of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights at the address indicated below.
The failure to comply with the formalities and deadlines for the delivery of the professional experience recognition file is eliminated.
