Order dated March 11, 2015 extending d 'un avenant and d 'an agreement entered into under the national collective agreement for hairdressing and related professions (point 2596)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational training and social dialogue,

In view of the order of 3 April 2007 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement The national hairdressing and related professions of 10 July 2006 and the texts which have been completed or amended;

Stop:

Item 1 Article L. 912-1 of the Social Security, declared contrary to the Constitution by the Constitutional Council in its Decision n ° 2013-672 DC of 13 June 2013.

Article 2
