Judgment of 17 March 2015 fixing the data of the nominative social declaration on employees under the agricultural social protection regime addressed to the relevant administrations and agencies

For the statements mentioned in the I of Article R. 133-13 of the Social Security Code The categories of information that the recipients of the data of these declarations are entitled to receive in the course of their missions shall be set out in the table annexed to this Order by the Employers whose staff are under the agricultural social welfare system that are paid as of the day after the publication of this Order.
The data of the above-mentioned declarations for the supplementary pension institutions and the health and welfare agencies are transmitted to them by the agricultural social mutuality funds. In the event that these organizations and institutions have delegated all or part of their management to the funds of agricultural social mutuality, the transmission of data is carried out in accordance with the terms set out in the management agreements concluded with these organizations and institutions.
The data of these statements for other organizations and administrations are transmitted to them through the National Pension Insurance Fund for Employees.

This Order repeals the decision of 28 March 2014 setting out the data of the nominative social declaration on employees under the agricultural social protection regime addressed to the competent administrations and bodies.
