Key Benefits:
The public concerned: socio-educational frameworks of the public hospital service.
Purpose: fixing the indiciary boundary of the grade of a socio-educational senior executive, taking into account the creation of a seventh step.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after publication.
Notice: This decree amends the indiciary limiting of the grade of a socio-educational senior executive to take into account the creation of a seventh step culminating in the gross index 801 (i.e. the index plus 658).

On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
Vu le Decree No. 2007-839 of 11 May 2007 amended with special status of the body of the socio-educational frameworks of the public hospital service;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-843 of 11 May 2007 relating to the indiciary classification applicable to the socio-educational frameworks of the hospital public service,
Decrete:
A lArticle 1 of Decree No. 2007-843 of 11 May 2007, the raw indices: "625-780" are replaced by the raw indices: "625-801".
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
