On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-839 of 11 May 2007 amended with special status of the body of the socio-educational frameworks of the public hospital service;
Having regard to the advice of the Higher Council of the Hospital Public Service dated 14 November 2014;
Considering the advice of the National Standards Assessment Board dated 4 December 2014;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 11 May 2007 is amended as follows:
The number: "six" is replaced by the number: "seven".
Article 10 of the above-mentioned Decree of 11 May 2007 is amended as follows:
The words: "and 5th ladders" are replaced by the words: ", 5th and 6th ladders".
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
