In light of the amended Decree No. 2005-733 of 18 November 2005 on the missions, organization and employment of departmental budgetary and accounting services;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 Financial and Public Accounts Management;
In view of the Order of December 30, 2013, setting out the accounting designation of expenses and revenues on the departmental budget and accounting controller placed with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Ministry of Sport, Youth, Popular Education and Associative Life;
Having regard to the appointment of December 30, 2013 (budget and departmental accountant),
Considering the decision of 29 January 2015 on the assignment of an economic and financial general controller;
Considering the decision of 6 March 2015 on the assignment of an economic and financial general controller;
In view of the decision of 2 January 2014 on delegation of signature (budget and departmental accounting service),
Decides:
Sections 1 to 4 of the above-mentioned decision of 2 January 2014 are replaced by the following:
“Art. 1. - Mr. Bernard Colonna d'Istria, Economic and Financial Comptroller General, Head of Budget Control Department, receives signature delegation under the conditions provided for in thearticle 89 of the decree of 7 November 2012 referred to above, for visas and notices on the acts relating to the programs of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Ministry of the City, Youth and Sport controlled pursuant to Title II of the decree of November 7, 2012 referred to above.
“Art. 2. - Ms. Dominique Calvin, Economic and Financial Comptroller General, Head of Mission, receives delegation of signature under the conditions set out inarticle 228 of the decree of 7 November 2012 referred to above for visas and advice relating to the exercise of the budgetary control of the following bodies pursuant to Title III of the above-mentioned Decree of 7 November 2012:
"National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions.
"Ile-de-France Regional Health Agency.
"Centre d'études de l'emploi.
"Centre de ressources, d'expertise et de performance sportif d'Ile de France.
"National Centre for Sport Development.
"Public institution of defence insertion.
"Preparation and response to health emergencies.
" Fonds de solidarité.
"National Institute of Youth and Popular Education.
« Institut national des jeunes blinds de Paris.
"National Institute of Deaf Youth in Paris.
"National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance.
"National Sport Museum.
“Art. 3. - Ms. Dominique Calvin, Economic and Financial Comptroller General, Head of Mission, receives signature delegation for the exercise of the economic and financial control of the following organizations in accordance with the decree of 26 May 1955 referred to above, with the exception of refusal of a visa or unfavourable advice that raises a question of principle:

"National Information Centre on the Rights of Women and Families.
"Youth and People's Education Cooperation Fund
« GIP “Addictions drugs alcohol info service”.
"GIP "French Adoption Agency".
“IPG “In danger”.

“Art. 4. - MM. Ghislain Bénard and Gilbert Hiegel, Senior Administrative Officers, Michèle Duchemin, Senior Administrative Officer, receive signature delegation under the conditions provided for in thearticle 89 of the decree of 7 November 2012 referred to abovefor visas and notices on the acts mentioned in Article 1 above. »
