By order of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights dated March 10, 2015, is authorized under the year 2015 to open a competition reserved for access to the body of health engineers pursuant to the Act No. 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 relating to access to full employment and the improvement of the conditions of employment of contractual agents in the public service, the fight against discrimination and various provisions relating to the public service.
The number of positions offered at this competition will be determined later.
The written eligibility test will take place from Monday, May 18, 2015, in Paris.
Oral admission tests will take place in Paris from September 2015.
Registration is scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2015.
The registration deadline is Thursday, April 16, 2015, deadline.
Requests for admission to participate are made via telematics on the website of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights at the following address: https://inscription.sante.gouv.fr/inscription.do.
In the event that it is impossible to register via telematics, candidates may register by mail. The registration form can be obtained:
- by downloading on the website of social ministries to the following address: http://www.sante.gouv.fr/modalites-d-inscription.html ;
- upon request to the following e-mail address: drh-concours@sg.social.gouv.fr.

Incomplete or forwarded forms cannot be considered.

The deadline for the submission of recognition records for the required professional experience of eligible candidates is Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at midnight, the stamp of the position being shown.
The records for recognition of the achievements of the professional experience, established in five copies, must be forwarded by the postal channel in fold followed or recommended with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, Human Resources Directorate, HR/SD1/SD1C, Recruitment Office, "IES 2015 contest", 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP.
Records for recognition of professional experience must be prepared in accordance with the downloadable model on the website of social departments at the following address: http://www.sante.gouv.fr/calendrier-et-modalites-d-inscription.
