On the report of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Business Foreign and international development and the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Search,
Given the search code, including article L. 311-1;
Seen decree n ° 59-587 of 29 April 1959, modified in particular by Decree No. 85-834 of 6 August 1985 Appointments to the executive positions of certain public institutions, public undertakings and corporations National;
Seen Order No. 84-430 dated June 5, 1984 changed to the organization and operation of the Institute for Research for Development;
In view of the opinion of 12 June 2014 on a call for applications to serve as President of the Research Institute for Development;

Describes:

Item 1

M. Jean-Paul MOATTI, Professor of Universities, is appointed President of the Research Institute for Development.

Article 2

The First Minister, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development, the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, and the Secretary of State for Development and Francophonie are responsible, Each in respect of the application of this Order, which Will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
