It is created at the Ministry of Culture and Communications (under-direction of information systems) an automated processing of personal data called "Telm@c" with the purpose of managing and sharing agendas, booking of the department's equipment, and managing electronic mail contacts.
Personal data relating to agents and service providers working in the premises of the department registered in the processing referred to in section 1 are:
1° Civility, family name and first name;
2° The function, the attachment and assignment service, the administrative address and, where applicable, the employer company;
3° The professional telephone numbers and e-mail address, the login identifier assigned by the department.
The personal data and recorded information are retained six months after the person's departure.
The rights of access and rectification provided by the articles 39 and 40 of the law of 6 January 1978 referred to above shall apply to the user services office within the sub-direction of information systems.
The Deputy Director of Information Systems is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
