Decision of 12 February 2015 on the establishment by the National Military Social Security Fund of an automated processing of personal data relating to the implementation of a teleservice called "PEC+/Service d'aide à la prise en charge health transport"

Director of the National Military Social Security Fund,
Considering the social security code, including articles R. 115-1 and R. 115-2;
Having regard to Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended on computers, files and freedoms, in particular article 27-II;
Considering the referral of the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms dated 20 November 2014,
Decides:

Article 1


It is created at the National Military Social Security Fund (CNMSS) an automated processing of personal data which aims to make available, on its website www.cnmss.fr, a teleservice, called "PEC+/Service d'aide à la prise en charge santé", allowing to fiabilize the contents of the invoices developed by the transport companies, taxis or carriers to reduce the number of sanitary costs agreed and

Article 2


The categories of personal data and information recorded in the treatment of insured persons and rights holders are:


- name, first name;
- civility;
- date and place of birth;
- NIR;
- beneficiary rank;
- code grand régime;
- indicator of care in relation to a long-term condition, occupational disease or occupational injury;
- 100 per cent support indicator;
- maternity date;
- code of justification for exemption of the moderator ticket;
- indicator of universal disease coverage.

Article 3


The personal data and data recorded in the processing are kept for six months.

Article 4


All or part of the personal data and information strictly necessary for their mission, within the limits of their respective responsibilities and the need to know them, the duly authorized personnel of the National Military Social Security Fund, the sanitary carriers and the authorized employees of the transport companies.

Article 5


The right of opposition provided for in section 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above does not apply to the treatment authorized by this decision.

Article 6


The rights of access and rectification provided for in sections 39 and 40 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above shall be exercised with the director of the National Military Social Security Fund.

Article 7


The Director of the National Military Social Security Fund is responsible for the execution of this decision, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
