Considering the proposal of the national committee of the labels of origin relating to the wines and alcoholic beverages, and the waters-of-life of the National Institute of the Origin and Quality of November 6, 2014,
Stop:
The yield of the vineyards producing wines and brand name-named-of-origin wines is modified for the 2014 harvest pursuant to articles D. 645-7-II and D. 645-21-1-II of the rural code and the marine fisheries, in accordance with the table shown in annex I to this decree.
However, under articles D. 645-7 (II, (a), 2 and 4 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code, performance may be fixed for certain operators in accordance with the table in Annex II to this Order.
The Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights, the Director General of Agricultural, Agri-Food and Territories Policy and the Director General of Competition, Consumption and Suppression of Frauds are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
